O Guia do Mochileiro das Galáxias

Douglas Adams wrote the book "O Guia do Mochileiro das Galáxias". The writer was born in Cambridge, England, in 1952. He dead in 2001. He's the writer of the famous serie "O Mochileiro das Galáxias". Sextante is the publishing house of his book. The best-seller was read by many people of whole world.
"O Guia do Mochileiro das Galáxias" is a scientific fiction. The history to get sarcastic, skeptic, adventure and funny characters.
Adam wrote about a travel in space with planets, stars and spaceships. The character is the English Arthur Dent and his friend, Ford Perfect. Then in trip, they fled of the Terra because it is in destruction. In space, Athur met friends, a Marvin E.T and many others E.Ts differentes.
The work is very intelligent and funny. The book is important to generate good reflections and pretty moments with the reading.
I like very much this book. I "traveled" with them in reading, I think that book is very interesting.

My travel

I'm going to Egypt in 2011. I'm going to travel by plane. I'm leaving for three months so I'm renting a house in Egypt. I'm going to visit places, monuments, pyramids and the "Esfinge". Then I'm going to take many photos. My family is going to go with me. I'm coming back in summer at night. The plane is flying for the Europe because there I'm taking other plane's agency.
I'm looking forward for this vacation.

My favorite photo

I like very much this photo. I took some days ago, I was working in Farroupilha, then I looked the leaves on the floor.
When I took the photo, the leaves were moving with the wind, but the photo is very beautifel.
I love the fall because the trees are different. They are orange, brown and red. My favorite are the oranges and red trees.
I like the format of Plátano tree leaves. They are wonderful.
I keep this photo on my computer. This photo was published in the journal that I work for, Informante.

"De baixo dos caracóis..."

"De baixo dos caracóis dos seus cabelos" was written for Caetano Veloso by Roberto Carlos and Erasmo Carlos. This is a popular Brazilian music.Caetano was out of Brazil, he was living in London, in 1969. Caetano Veloso was exiled by the military repression.
Roberto wrote the music like a tribute for his friend Caetano. It is a famous music.
He did the text with politic meaning, but he didn't write the name Caetano in the lyrics....The Caetano's hair was so curly, then the music's name is "De baixo dos caracóis dos seus cabelos".
The music with romantic melody didn't show the real meaning. It shows to be discribing a woman.Caetano was exiled, because he sang politic musics, he commented about the Govern.
In the music, words like sea and beach were sang to show the miss if Caetano.

This is a Beatles photo. They were an English band of Rock. The photo by Iain Macmillian was registered in a street of London. They were doing the photo for the albun Abbey Road, in september, 1969.
The Beatles were walking in the street in London, they were crossing on the crosswalk. George Harrison, Ringo Starr, Paul McCartney and John Lennon were wearing social clothes, pants and jackets with shoes and ties up.
Abbey Road was the last albun recorded in a studio by the Beatles. The albun photo would have the image of Mount Everest, but it was late. Someone gave the idea of taking a picture in front of the studio, because it would be very fast and easy. They were doing this.

My disaster vacation

Five years ago, me and My family went to the beach. The travel was very bad, because me and my cousin were queasy (?), but we didn't vomit....When we got at the beach it was all well, but the weather wasn't very good. I was a child, then I wasn't sad with that.
Coming back we were very tired, then my uncle drove very fast. We observed that car was very light. When We looked back, we saw our bags in middle of the road. The people took our things and put in the edge of road. But the worse also happened, because went looking for it. When we got in fruit bowl and asked for our bags...the woman said that saw a bag falling, then she took the things fallen, because the bag was torn. The funniest is that bag had dirty clothes...shame!!!...ahuahuahauhauh...was funny!
I don't have disaster history in vacations, the maximum were the argues with my cousins...or other discussions....but nothing very important...or very disastrous!ahhh, but there's one when I was burning in the sun...it was very bad...it was a disaster...ai ai ai...ahuahauha...

Mulata

Di Cavalcanti

Emiliano Augusto Cavalcanti de Albuquerque e Melo, better known as Di Cavalcanti, was an important Brazilian painter,cartoonist and illustrator. Di Cavalcanti was born in Rio de Janeiro, on September 6th, in 1897. He died on October 26th, in 1976.
His artistic style has the influence of expressionism, cubism and the mexican art. His works have some objects, places and people typically Brazilian, for example, the samba and beaches.
In his works are common the paintings with socials moviments and brazilian people (festivals, workers, social protests, etc.). Di Cavalcanti showed the tropical sensuality of Brazilian women. He used the colors of Brazil in his works together with feelings.
His works are in museums in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro cities. Others are in auctions.
In the painting “Mulata” there is a black woman, she has a long hair with some flowers. She wears necklaces. She has in her hands a bird. She is between two windows. The windows are colorful, because they have flags grooming. In windows out there, there are trees and mountains...
